I did think this dentist was decent when I first visited, however I have discovered today that I have to pay a 20 fine because I missed one appointment, even though I had rang up and cancelled, I have also had my number blocked, I only found out about the fine after getting my husband to contact them as I am unable to, as the legal guardian of a minor who is also a patient at this practice I find this unacceptable.
Excellent dental practice with very professional and helpful staff on hand. My wife and i along with our 3 children are registered with knockroon and our dentist Rhona is extremely friendly and helpful and makes you feel at ease also great with children who might be nervous of the dental visit. Would highly recommend this practice.
Fantastic dental practice. Have been absolutely amazing with both my girls (one and two years old). Very thorough and reassuring to them. Would recommend.
Worst denist... missed one appointment last year and never made a new one until this year paid my fees of 20 to get a new appointment and was 30 mins late and they told me they can not see me no more as I've missed 3 appointment even tho I've only ever had 3 appointments with them the 1st I attended then the 2nd one I missed so I paid my fees then my 3rd appointment I was late so they said I'm no longer with knockroon... Worst service I've ever come across
