Seriously incompetent staff. I will be getting legal advice on certain issues. This will be getting taken further.
I have just moved to the area with my Wife and Son. Staff seem friendly and willing to help. So far a good experience.
AVOID THIS SURGERY ITS A DISGRACE Disgraceful practice at best Id written a small note for Dr Dunlop as I struggle to get my point account at times Id already handed in a letter of complaint and concern but they didnt even bother to reply to I needed to see the Dr anyway so when I went in I explained Id struggle with my words and that Id read it out I got halfway through it till he noticed Id mentioned Id already made a complaint he got up opened the door and asked me to leave which I thought was just downright rude given I had been very polite all along so this is the standard of dr we have who will ask you to leave because he didnt like what he was hearing I mean what does he want does he want me to say hi dr Im totally fine nothing wrong with me they are so out of touch with people its not real I hope when I see the lawyers on Monday that they can do something because its just ridiculous and in the meantime if you can join another GP Id HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!Ps I wrote a very small letter for my Dr he made a cant be bothered with this face and halfway through he opened his door and asked me to leave at no point was I rude I simply wanted help that would improve quality of life as for the past 7-8 years hasnt existed I have a post open to public on my Facebook Im letting everyone know how I was treated and I have an appointment with a solicitor these Drs would rather leave people to suffer and its not on.
Today I wait on prescription that was prescribed by nurse at 8.45 morning till pick up at 3.30 I find this unsatisfactory to say the least went at 12.00 to get it as told, and they were to busy to get it signed for then. Surely this surgery requires a shake up and even fresh management as it does not run sufficiently as it is . No one wants to be rude to staff but today is beyond belief how wrong things are. Also wasn't aware pharmacy don't lift the prescription in afternoon .
This surgery is ok for people who have retired or are unemployed. Try getting access to services if you work....no chance. Lose the wages or die!
