We recently used Cotec to power wash our roof and treat with biocide and soft wash our external walls which comprised of crushed seashell harling. Neither area had been cleaned for approximately 30 years (since built) . The roof itself was dirty and peppered with moss all over. The harling- cream in colour was dirty over all with certain elevations extremely dirty.Sam and his team member did an excellent job over one and half days and prior to starting the job fully briefed me as to each stage of the process, especially explaining the clean up process especially after the roof power wash which removed significant amounts of dirt/debris.The guys placed tarpaulin over garden plants ,patio and driveway as protection.We were amazed and delighted with the finished product- the house virtually looking brand new again.The clearing up of the dirt and debris was first class and was left looking as good as it did prior to work starting.I would highly recommend Sam and the Cotec team for their excellent standards of work efficiency and great customer service.
