Staff were excellent and so patient with my Mum...and spent time talking to her as she tried to find a pair of shoes to fit her...wonderful..Food in cafeteria was good too.
Brilliant place. Always find myself something to wear there. Like something a little different from high street. Great prices too.
The shop was really good but the cafe really let it down, although the staff where fantastic and polite the lack of staff and time waiting to be served was seriously poor. Most people looked uncomfortable waiting in the queue for so long. Poor service from the cafe, apart from that great place to visit.
Very impressed. The shop is spacious and fitted out to a high standard. The jewel of the place is the restaurant. A high standard of cooking combined with very reasonable prices, it's easy to see why this place is busy all weekend.
The factory outlet is a shop with clothes, shoes, kitchenware, gifts etc. It has an excellent cafe. Some nice food and cakes and excellent coffee. Staff are efficient and appear to do Their job well.An ok place to visit or drop in if your passing particularly if you fancy something to eat. Afternoon tea looks great
